I loved my stay at this quaint inn with its Tuscan charm. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location, just a short drive from the Serravalle outlet, was perfect for my needs. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone and the room was clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is close to a designer outlet and has stunning scenery around it. The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly, making visitors feel right at home. The restaurant offers fantastic pizzas and other meals at reasonable prices.
Breakfast could be improved with more variety, including homemade items. The double bed in our room was too short for us, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

We had an amazing time in the small village where the hotel was located. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even provided us with complimentary breakfast every morning. the room was cozy and stylish, and we felt like we were truly experiencing the authentic Italian lifestyle. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding nature and beautiful villages, as well as visiting the nearby castles. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was very close to a popular outlet mall, where we could do some shopping.
the double bed was a bit short for us, and we would have preferred a longer bed for more comfort during the night.

The attention to detail is remarkable, from the perfectly maintained old furniture to the warm and friendly staff who make you feel like part of the family. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, including air conditioning to keep you cool on those hot summer nights. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which is both well-tended and delicious, giving you a great start to your day. I was also delighted to find that this hotel offers excellent value for money, making it even more appealing. The location couldn't be better, allowing you to explore the charm of the village and its surroundings. I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here and will definitely be coming back!

We found a place close to the highway, away from the buzz and near the outlet mall. Although the scenery was breathtaking, the hotel wasn't. the room was small and the bathroom was outdated and poorly cleaned. the breakfast was average with basic coffee and no croissants. There were limited facilities or advantages to the room.
The restaurant could be improved, with more variety and better tasting dishes.
